Sanjana Bhardwaj

Social Policy Expert, eSafe Advisor, CIS Affiliated Consultant - Student Wellbeing: Protection, Safety and Security

She is a social policy expert with over thirty years of experience in the field of sustainable development throughout the Middle East, Asia and Australia, focusing on social protection needs of vulnerable children, women and individuals with disability. She provides technical advisory services to policy makers and strategic planners in government, non-government and UN agencies on child protection, social equity and gender-based violence. In recent years, she has worked with a number of UAE Government federal and local entities (Abu Dhabi Police, Ministry of Interior Child Protection Center, Community Development Authority, The Executive Council of Dubai, Knowledge Human Development Authority) contributing strategically on prevention of child abuse, social inclusion of people with disability, social care and benefits services provision, human rights, licensing and regulation of development workers and corporate social responsibility. She has conducted community research on a number of issues including family violence, child trafficking and social inclusion of marginalized population groups. An adjunct faculty at Zayed University, she is an ardent speaker and has presented at various international conferences. She has strong strategic planning, policy-making, project management and capacity-building skills. In her capacity as the Director Child Safety & Development, she is currently providing child protection expertise to SEDI’s global operations.s




Jayesh Sebastian

eSafe Conference Director, Tachyon Group MD & CEO

Jayesh Sebastian is a social entrepreneur who is the Founder and Chairman of Tachyon Group of companies functionally into IT and ITES operating from Canada, UAE & India. He is also the founding director of LearnersNote, an online EduTech initiative which provides personalized experiential-learning services for K12 children and Wingz Elior International, an educational consultancy organization. He is volunteering with eSafe as the Conference Director for their upcoming conference and also functioning as Sub Editor for their Newsletter.

  • End-to-End implementation of microfinance process and software in ESAF Bank, Shalom Trust & Hope foundations of around 280 branches.
  • Received awards and recognitions for trustful implementation of various IT projects with Income Tax of India, Employee State Insurance Corporation of India (ESIC), Kerala Police, Dubai Courts (Timeline Technologies) etc.
  • Key architect for the cloud application Tachyon360 for educational institutes. (https://www.takyon360.com/). Which is being used by half a million users across UAE, Canada and India.
  • End to end activation of eSafety Newsletter for Emirates Safer Internet Society. This is an initiative to empower Child Online Protection Initiatives in the UAE.




Dr. Najla Alnaqbi

e-Learning & Educational Expert, eSafe Advisor

A Ph.D. professional in Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction with over 10 years combined experience in academic and management educational environments. Involved in all aspects of innovation, eLearning, distance learning, curriculum development and assessment through projects at K-12 and higher education systems. Strategic planning experience in educational projects and program management (focusing on innovation and smart learning initiatives). Experience includes full practical and proven knowledge of the complete projects, scheduling, and completion, tracking and controlling budgets. Ability to train, lead teams and mange educational related projects. Researcher and speaker in conferences/forums in fields related to Educational technology, instructional design, disruptive technologies, Artificial intelligent in education, distance learning.
