He is one of the first local civil engineers who has served in the armed forces for 20 years. He played a significant role in the urban development of the country and contributed to the development of facilities such as Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Officers Club Hotel and Harbor Towers etc. Dr.Abdulla AlMehyas has received several awards throughout his career such as the Excellence Service Medal of HH the Minister of Defense and the Rashid Excellence.

He has over 30 years’ experience in senior executive leadership positions within ADNOC Group of Companies. Eng. AlHashmi is co-founder of Emirates Safer Internet Society (2015), and Founder & Chairman, The Chartered Institute for IT (UK), Middle East Section (2004). He has chaired several significant International ICT Conferences and a regular professional motivational speaker locally and abroad. He received a number of Awards including Higher Colleges of Technology’s Best Innovation Award and Outstanding HSE Excellence Award. He serves as Advisor to several Corporate Companies/Committees and active in voluntary community services initiatives, including supporting People of Determination. He is proud of achieving Emiratization targets. Eng. Adel is a Harvard Business School (USA), IMD International (Switzerland), INSEAD (France) & London Business School (UK) Alumnus. He enjoys reading, travel and badminton and a proud father of seven children.

Dr. Saeedis a futurist, thought leader, author and a public keynote speaker. He has been into many positions: the founder and former Director General of the Emirates ID Authority, a former member of the scientific advisory committee of the UAE Space Agency, and a former Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on information technology. He has participated in the inaugural International Space University (ISU) Summer program held at the MIT in 1988.

Currently, He is the director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, an adjunct lecturer of public policy science &technology track at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, and a visiting lecturer in Responsible AI in the course: AI in the cloud and Edge Implementation at Oxford University in the UK. He is a member of the Global Future Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF) on AR/VR, and he is on industrial advisory boards of several universities in the UAE.

He co-authored the book Digital Nation: How the UAE is building a future based on tech innovation. He has written several articles and reports that were published at Harvard Business Review Arabia and Dubai Policy Review Journal.

He has been invited to speak at prestigious universities and international organizations including University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, the WEF, the UN, and the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

He received his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the George Washington University in 1994, and in 1996 he obtained a master’s degree from the same university with specialization in communication Engineering. In 2003, he obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Reading in UK. Immediately after graduation, Dr. AlNeyadi joined the UAE Armed Forces as a Telecomm officer. He held several positions until he became the director of research & development unit and finally the chief technical officer of Telecomm unit. In 2006, he joined the Emirates Advanced investment company as a business development manager and was promoted to several leadership position until he became a chief operating officer of one of subsidiaries of EAI named Maidis international and later a director of knowledge point. Currently he is the director executive Government relations of IAT/ACTVET.

She has done her Masters degree in Business Administrations from New York Institute of Technology, USA and Certified in Public Accountant CPA from England Institute of Chartered Accountants, UK.And did her Diploma in Strategic Management from London Management School, UK and degree in Bachelors of Business Administration and Finance from New York Institute of Technology, UAE. She worked in various departments like Department Manager Budget & Contracts – ADNOC ,as Financial Sustainability Director – Chairman’s Financial Advisor, and as Budgeting & Contracts Section Head, Department of Transport.

He serves as ERM department manager in ADNOC Distribution with 13 year’s experience in Quality management, Policy and procedure management, Business Continuity management, and undertaken several corporate projects such as Data classification, Strategic Business Continuity management. Mohamed completed Master Degree in Business Administration on 2013 from top prestigious universities in Europe named University of Strathclyde Business School – Glasgow, and BA in Business administration from Higher Colleges of Technology - Abu Dhabi Men’s College in 2007.

Motivated self-starter with experience in cyber-security and customer relations. As a branch manager in the UAE government, I effectively contributed to the development of strategic plans and objectives for my department, whether by presenting ideas and proposals or by carrying out the tasks and assignments entrusted to me. Experienced in setting the strategic plans and objectives for my organizational unit, in addition to developing and proposing the operational plan for my department for the years 2020-2021 and contributing to the launch of (3) developmental management projects.
