Her Excellency Dr. Bushra Abdullah Al Mulla occupies the position of Director General of the Family Care Authority, in Abu Dhabi. Through direct supervision and a goal-oriented approach, Dr. Bushra leads the vision and efforts of the Care Authority family in providing comprehensive and central specialized social services in Abu Dhabi, by empowering distinguished teams in performance, Giving priority to innovation and ensuring excellence in the various transformational projects that it supervises within the Authority. Dr. Bushra also holds several positions, including, Membership of the Board of Directors of Al-Mubarakah Foundation, Membership of the Board of Trustees of the Emirates College for Educational Development, and Vice-Chairman of the Committee. She is a specialist in dealing with substance abuse and addiction affairs at the National Rehabilitation Center in Abu Dhabi. She was previously a member of the Board of Directors of the “National Rehabilitation Center” and Director of the Education and Community Development Department in the Policy and Innovation Sector in the Prime Minister’s Office, and Director of the Department of People with Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups in Society in Dubai Community Development Authority. Illyas Kooliyankal is a Cyber Security leader with multi decade of experience in pioneering & leading multimillion-dollar transformation programs across institutions, including banking and ISPs. He has laid the foundation of digital secure landscape for prioritizing continuous business growth. Currently he is the CISO of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, one of the largest banks in UAE. His core ideology is to transform & institutionalize a cyber-secure culture for defending the bank against dynamic threat vectors. With his innovative approaches & proven experience with brilliant community services in the field of cybersecurity, earned him many awards, including CNME Middle East CISO 2021 and IDC Middle East CISO of the Year-2020. Illyas Kooliyankal is also a well-known speaker & writer. He has delivered keynote speeches at many international conferences and has penned down his unconventional & challenging prospective on cyber security through various blogs and magazines.

Dr.Nooreya Alobeidli, holds a Ph.D. in Education and a Master’s degree in Psychological & Educational Counselling. For the past 10 years, she has worked as a student counselor for various higher education institutions in Abu Dhabi. During this time, she has also volunteered to provide counseling to those in need in the community. Dr. Nooreya is passionate about helping students to set realistic goals and implementation plans to meet the many challenges of academia. Outside of academia, she teaches parenting techniques with the aim of behavior modification in both children and their parents. In addition to counseling, Dr. Nooreya is also an author and published five Arabic children’s books.

Hour Matar Abdullah Mohamed Almadhaani is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering holder from Khalifa University. She aspires to achieve great successes that serve my interests and the interests of society. She is awaiting graduation. Master in Engineering Systems and Management spring 2023.

Ziad is a Partner in Risk Advisory (RA) and leads the Cyber services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In addition, Ziad leads the Middle East Data Risk & Privacy and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). He held various leadership positions in Deloitte including the Deloitte Middle East Chief Confidentiality Officer (CCO), and Chief Audit Executive (CAE). Currently, Ziad is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Deloitte Middle East Cyber practice.Ziad has more than 17 years of experience advising, implementing and managing complex Cyber, Digital and Resilience professional services and solutions, to regional and multinational organization across multiple industries, in particular Government & Public Sector (GPS), Financial Services Institutions (FSI) and Energy & Resources (E&R). He is a former GPS industry leader. He worked with various government agencies to accelerate their adoption of a solid cyber discipline, mitigating the digital risk and enabling a safe and secure ecosystem for the citizens.He is also a regular public speaker in many forums across the Middle East, authored multiple articles and delivers internal and client executive management training.

Dr. Atheer Al-Mousa is currently the Computing Subject Lead and the Cybersecurity Program Leader at De Montfort University-Dubai. Dr. Al-Mousa area of specialisation is Computer Networks and Cybersecurity. In the past, he worked for several universities in the Middle-east, Asia and New Zealand. He started his career at the University of Nottingham as a lecturer. Dr. Al-Mousa has several years of experience working in the higher education sector in the GCC. Dr. Al-Mousa was the Chair of the IT department and the Director of the Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning at the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani. He also worked as the ITS Director for the American International University in Kuwait. Dr. Atheer other area of research interest is designing algorithms for bioinformatics.
